Hi,

 

I recently received a letter from a local attorney in regards to a charged off second mortgage in CT.

 

I have a 1st with Bank of America and I am over $100K underwater.

 

My question is can I be sued on the "contract" in CT.? Or must they foreclose before the can sue me?

 

I can't seem to get an answer on this question
