Quick question about sending first round HIPAA disputes to CRAs PO Boxes

So my understanding is that you dont want to send the certified mail with receipts if they are going to a PO box, is this correct?

1. So I sent off the first round CM, thinking back I may have rushed things because I didnt list report numbers as I just went off USAA monitor. Also, didnt put the CA name just the account number that is listed on the CRs. Hope that doesnt screw anything up. Btw, whats the usual turnaround time once the CRAs receive the letters?

You will likely get no response or at best a letter stating that they don't know what you are referring to.

 

I posted the steps to take for a reason-- the reason being that not following the steps nullifies the HIPAA letter program.

So they wont be able to find out what I'm talking about if I just listed the account numbers of the Medical collections reporting? I copied the exact pre HIPPA dispute letter, just didnt have CRA report numbers.
