Trial Loan Modification with BOA - Bullcrap?

My parents received a "congrats you're eligible for a trial loan modification from BOA". What does this mean? If they make 3 payments of a "trial" then they qualify for a loan modification?

Yes that is what it is suppose to mean. However BOA has a way of losing things or not completing the modification so your parents will need to stay on top of it. I fought with BOA for three years before I finally gave up. I wish your parents well.
