Yes, that is generally how it works. Doesn't mean they can't try to report it, but this is the basis on how you would fight to have it removed if they do. Most banks do not try to do this though.

No - it will show as a TRADELINE that is IIB, they cannot add this to your PR section of credit report, this does not say it doesn't happen, but it will be removed if properly disputed.

In fact, the CRA's block any additional info reported to them by creditors on IIB accounts, well..at least TU and EQ does, you gotta watch EX like a hawk...;)

So to be completely crystal clear, if the house was included in the bk7 then we don't have a foreclosure or we do? I'm sorry to be repetitive but I am trying very hard to fix this all and we want to purchase a home and need to know where and when to start.
