A friend called me and asked about American Tax relief. She is around 15K in debt in CC , I believe 7K medical bills. American told here $240 for36 months. I dont have a ton of details, Three credit cards . I dont know how far she is behind except they are calling her non stop.

I know she can deal with the credit card companies herself. That aint going to happen.And I dont have any legal right to call for her. Im going to get her to pull her credit report and see whats in there.

I know they charge fees. But she is hundreds of dollars in the negative each time I talk to her. That has to be costing her a fourtune.

Is is there a decent DMP out there. I know there are Pros and Cons for all options Any sound advice?
