Hello does anyone know if a creditor has to make scra benefits retroactive? I have a creditor who said the interest rate reduction just starts from now on that they don't have to make it retroactive to the active duty start date because we didn't notify them but I never knew about the SCRA until a couple weeks ago when I saw it on this forum.
