Forebearance help

I missed oct and nov payments cause of reoccurring layoffs and a separation. Greentree offered a lower monthly payment and the forebearance began in Dec everything is ok until my payments do not show up on my statements or on the website. I call and am told them that and said that they wont but each month the bill is gonna get bigger and to just ignore it until the 6 months end. I would like a breakdown of what is owed for clarity purposes. My goal is to pay it down before the 6 months end. I am need of some options With TEETH to fire away at them. Please anyone with some info would help

So they are offering a died in leau? Have they filed papers to forclose? Have you considered short sale? Do you qualify for hamp?
