I am shocked ! My son (active duty Army) just called to tell me that he received a check from Chase for almost $900. Apparently they were reviewing accounts and realized that he had submitted the paperwork for the interest rate reduction for his credit cards, but never did so for his car loan. His loan has been paid off for 18 months, but they just sent him a check for the interest overpayment - almost $900.

Hats off to Chase !
