I have about 22k (627.231shares) in my 401k that I have earned over 3 years by investing 100% of my funds into OPPENHEIMER GOLD & SPEC MIN N. I am 33 years old and primarily concerned about growth. I am not diversified and looking to increase my 401k balance. Any suggestions on allocation? I have just been researching on morningstar and I would like some pro insight.

I'm certainly no expert, but the general guideline is to have a diversified mix of stocks and bonds. The proportion of each will depend on your tolerance for risk, but I certainly think it's very risky and ill-advised to have everything in one fund, especially one that is so specific. When you are comparing funds available to you, make sure you pay attention to the expense ratio. Look for expense ratios around or under 0.5%, otherwise you will lose a lot of your earnings in fees over the years. The bogleheads website has some great wiki guides about getting started with investing.
