Military star cli

Military Star will tell you that they only do CLI throughout the year and you can't request one. I finally got mad and called and told them I wanted an increase because I've never gotten one in the 6 years I've had the card. They put me on hold for about 5 min then increased me from 700 to 1700!!! I don't need it but it will help with util. The best part is that they didn't do an Inq!! Only reviewed my payment history.

 

If you want a boost be persistent with them and they will do an account review and increase!!

Nice, was this the new or old STAR Card? I've had the old card since 06 and never received a CLI.

I've got the unbranded Star card and every time I turn around they increase my limit. I started off around $3k, and now it's at 6500, at least. I've had it for about 2.5 years.

Yeah it was just the plain old star card. I've had it since 2006 and I've never had a CLI. My husband gets them about twice a year. So I called them an told them I was going to close the cars because there was nothing I could do with a 700 limit.

i just got my military star and started off with a 4700 limit. when would be a good time to ask for an cli with them? i figure ill do them and the chase military star at the same time since they are the same limit .

4700 is a nice number to start off with, i agree with you. this was more for future reference lol. i do admit i bit the military star bait. i bought me some shiny new glass for my nikon dslr. i couldnt argue with 10% off a lens that never goes on sale .
