auto vehicle figured in DTI?

If you have a vehicle that will be paid off in about 4 months is that still counted in your DTI? The payment doesnt bother or hurt us, our DTI ratio is like 6% but we have 4 vehicles financed because we have for our daughter in our name, but one of ours will be paid off about 2 months after we apply for the loan. How you do you figure front and back end ratio? Can somenoe point me to a calculator? Do I include utilities, cell bills, satellite, internet etc.

when i got a mortgage a few years ago auto under 10 months wasnt included.

electric , cable , etc isnt included..thats the reason for the DTI numbers..the 'other' part of the equation is for normal living

they include anything that is on your credit report for sure and off the top of my head i cant think of what else 'off' your report they would include.
