WhyChat, I checked Experian's website again this morning and they had one of the medical accounts listed as "currently being investigated." However, the second account had been listed as "currently being investigated" until this morning, when it was no longer listed as that and the date of collection has been changed to November 2012. When they first received my letter, the date had changed to August 2012, but as of this morning, it's been changed again to this month. Yet, neither one of the accounts have been removed yet. Do I continue waiting for the accounts to be removed? What exactly is going on with this date change of collections for the one account?

WhyChat, I backdoored Experian this morning and they removed one of the accounts. However, the second account remains and is no longer listed as being currently investigated. I also received a letter from Experian talking about what they do when medical bills are seriously past due and the second account that's still listed has a new "last reported date," a new "date of status" and a new "reported since date" all of November 2012, which is not what was listed before I initiated this dispute. Also, the letter Experian sent me misspells my first name. Also, the letter has a new report number listed at the top. Should I use that new report number when backdooring Experian or should I stick to the number I've been using? Also, the "payment history" section now shows a red collections box for NOV 2012 and that's it, even though this debt was paid off long ago.
What should I do now?
