So I have same thing on my credit report. It has been paid back in 2011 or beginning of 2012 and shows up as paid. I did opt-out and sent letter to collection agency the letter from here:http://www.whychat.5.../hipaadisp.html and they sent a letter back saying please clarify your reason for dispute since this dispute is not valid. Any way I can get this removed from my credit?

Please start your own thread.Provide the DATE of service and who you "paid" Everyone's situation is different. In the meantime, follow all these instructions.
