It's great this is happening, but I don't think they need to be "applauded" as noted by assistant AG Perez. It should not have happened in the first place.

These military people are/were willing to risk their lives for all of us, including those employed by Cap 1. For those whose home was foreclosed on, I have to wonder if the $125K plus lost equity will make up for the stress of losing their home during what was probably very stressful times. (and yes, I come from a military family)
