I'm wondering if I'm going to have problems getting my 2nd mortgage to subordinate to the FHA streamline I'm working on for the first. Both were IIB in 2009 and we are in a ride-through. The current value is less than that of the first mortgage balance. I'm wondering if I'm just wasting my time and my loan processors time.

They will probably subordinate. Most do these days. That's not to say it's definite, but it's certainly not a waste of time.

Have to agree with Danielle, if it is with a mortgage company and not a servicer, most mortgage companies will subordinate if you have been making your payments on time.
