I don't. I wrote my FRO and she said she'd ask the finance lady at the next meeting since she's out of town right now. I'll update when I get one

Did you try the code above? I can't use it b/c we've got open disputes so I'm not sure if it works or not. My FRO did find a number for me to call, but I'm not sure it's through FINRA.

Still not working for me and DH has no open disputes. Emailed their CS asking for help/insight.

Sooo, apparently there's a limit. I emailed a CSR and DH's was pulled 6x, but they only "allow" 2 or 3 (I forget) per 18 month span. Obviously I did more than that, so there is a higher max, but i guess it's supposed to stop sooner than ours did. Either way, I'm on a freeze!

Did you try a different e-mail address? It locked me out after 3 pulls a long time ago, but I used a different e-mail address and it lets me pull again. I just change the e-mail address everyday. (they don't email you anything so you can just make up an e-mail address)

No go. It said that my SS# was already in their database.

hmm..weird. I haven't ran into any issues *yet*. How many times have you pulled? I've pulled 18 times so far.

Maybe 5? But I used both EQ and TU each time.

Yea I have too. I complete first/last name, active duty, other duty station and rank. For e-mail, I use a fake one each time and then i use my myfico.com login info. Haven't ran into any issues yet and pulled EQ 18 times and TU 18 times.
