VA Loan confusion

I just posted the other day about my pushy agent wanting us to get pre approved by his recommended mortgage broker. Well, he was driving me crazy with it so I just said screw it and applied with him too. Well now, I got declined for preapproval with him and he told my realtor he has no idea how this other guy got me approved and he must not know what he's doing. (he's as out of state lender that's licensed in Washington too) my husband and I have found a house, put in an offer and accepted the counter offer. Were planning on giving the realtor our Ernest money tomorrow!! I'm freaking out... I don't know if I want to go ahead with this anymore. I was so stressed last night I broke down crying. My house I'm renting might be in foreclosure. We've been getting notices on the doors but my landlord hasn't said anything to us. So either we need to buy this house, or move to another rental. I just don't know who to believe and who to trust.

 

My first LO that I'm pre approved with said all of our paperwork has been through underwriting and to stop stressing. But it's just not that easy when the second LO is saying that the VA won't let our file through.

 

We have a couple small open collections that are unpaid on our reports. We could pay them if need be. Also, I have a judgement but I paid it already. Our credit card balances are low and we have good payment history for te past 12 months. My husbands scores are in the 650's and mine are all hovering right at 600.

 

I know this is crazy long but any advice? Should we move forward or just wait?

Haha. Thanks for the reply!! I'm pretty close to full on panic :) I'm just so used to always being denied... But we decided to keep movin forward!! I will post once I know more.
