Is it standard practice for LO to take awhile to return calls. I must have called and left messages with 4 different LOs at different banks and none of them returned my call. Is this normal?

My LO was always very prompt getting back to me. I do not think it is normal that you are experiencing this type of problem.

well if they dont even try to woo you in the beginning no way in heck will they get any better. i expect someone to at least pretend to be great in the beginning then once i'm in , decrease in their zeal. if you arent getting at least the initial love, go elsewhere, u shoudlnt have to beg for someone to take your business.

im pretty sure brokers only get paid for sales so why they dont return your calls sure is a mystery.

maybe they were on a brokers cruise and the ship sank?
