Brian (or Others) - Are there any places that offer low/no down payment options other than NFCU's 100% financing or FHA. I have already gone down both those roads and been approved, but just looking to see what other options I may have. I don't know if there still are 80/20 or 80/15/5 programs still available out there, just looking to see all my options. I am in CT, low 700s mid score based on the pull from NFCU.

There is VA and USDA both 100% options
VA needs military eligibility and USDA is for homes in less populates areas.
Other than that the days of 80/20 loans are gone no one will do seconds like they used to - they were the first to lose everything in the meltdown -
