And does anyone have a website to recommend where I can keep an eye on their rates?

I bought my house only 2 years ago, interest rate high 4's. I was told USDA loans can be refinanced. Does all the chatter about "almost out of money for this year" also pertain to refinancing, i.e. should I wait until they get their money for next year?

I dont know of any sites that show USDA it is close to FHA mid to high 3's - they do offer a refi - a streamline refi as well - but without appraisal all closing costs must come out of pocket (or you can take higher rate and get a credit)

If you have a larger loan it may be worth looking at for anything 100k or less I dont think the costs would be justified for 1%
