thank you all for the warm welcome in advance. i 've been lurking around here for awhile .....
ok, heres' the thing: iam trying to send a GW letter to credit acceptance corporation. i was gonna do it on planet feedback, but i don't know how. at 1st i was gonna do the 'write a letter' option, pick 'question' and then i typed in 'credit acceptance'. well, i read on here (and other places) that the letter will be public for all to see and people will tear into it and you just because you exist!!! plus i need to put my account number on there.any help would be great. i plan on sending a letter snail mail once every 2 weeks ( i have the southfeild,MI address) but would also like to send emails in between the snail mails. would like to also use planet feedback or another website/secret email. please pm me if you need to...........

There is nothing secret. I don't think Planetfeedback is the way to go. Google the executive offices for credit acceptance and then send them an email asking explaining what you want. Go straight to the top. Front line reps may or may not be able to do what you want on their own.

thank you for a reply finally!!!!! i called credit acceptance a 2 weeks ago and the lady said if we take off your late fees we'd have to do it for everybody. i'll try your suggestion............
