It's unbelievable that he got away with it for that long. Good riddance.

I'm glad the jury found him guilty. It's unreal that some of these kids' parents didn't believe their own children when the children tried to tell them what was going on.

 He is still claiming he is not guilty. Even after one of his adopted children have come forward.

He needs a hot poker in hit nuts, repeatedly.

And as for his idiot wife, don't even tell me she didn't know after all thos years of marriage. Dumb bish.

He might enjoy that. Maybe castration is the answer.

My personal opinion - the wife ignored it. She liked her life, didn't want to give it up, or she bought into the pedo outlook on things.

That's how I feel too breeze.. she had to have known... or at least suspected it but didn't want to give up her "comfortable" lifestyle so she ignored it. Anyone hear that the jail mates in his cell block were singing teachers, leave those kids alone one night?

Penn State will win more games, it will all blow over - he'll go to prison, everyone will stop talking about it, and when you mention it to people they'll say "who is Sandusky? A magician or something?"

& the Freeh report issued today pretty well damned them all for ignoring it.

they all knew, and they knew since 1998.

another sad thing is the gov used to be the atty general and has had full knowledge of this. when he became gov he also assumed a duty as a board member at PSU. without breaking confidentiality he could have suggested many things be done to protect the university. he also was visibly pissed when a reporter asked him why he didnt act sooner to protect the victims and said it's and out of line question

interesting answer.

Sad state of affairs. The little guys who were afraid for their jobs were the only ones who took a chance and tried to stop it, and they were just ignored. I guess the higher-ups were afraid to fire them, since they would lose control of them.

Further evidence, that next to the banks, college football is the most powerful and corrupt entity in existence.

i know there's another thread on the subject of penalties and fines but as far as i know most revenue from the school is taxes, donations, and tuition. so the students and taxpayers will wind up paying this 60 mil fine.

i believe the perps pay zero out of all this?

don't forget a big source of revenue is the football program itself....

Oh, they could take it out of the forfeited pension plans, building funds, other rainy day funds, Reduce the salary of all the board members , stop handing out bonuses,

let work study students cut the grass,

melt down JoePa statute an sell medallions of it to folks who still think he was great.

I suppose they'll think they need to spend 10 or 20 million on some sort of sensitivitly and how to spot a child molestor training
