Another question--when writing the letter to CRA after HIPAA letter using insert "a"--which report number do you use the original one you started with or say you have an updated one thats more recent?

The current up dated one-- however-- you may not need to do it at all if the account is no longer on your report

Why Chat, I noticed today that a CA that I had gotten deleted is now reporting as of 1/2013 and is reporting as a paid medical.
This is one of my medical collections I started with in July 2012. I sent the CA the proper HIPAA letter CMRR on 8/16/12 with your help and sent the CRA the proper letter as well.
Equifax responded back as of 10/2/2012 That this CA was not reporting on my Credit report.
I have not EVER recieved anything from this collection agency EVER and

Is this an account that was reporting as having a balance due, and you disputed and got it deleted and it now is reporting as a paid collection??
Did you pay the OC with the HIPAA letter?? Do you have the deletion letter from the CRA??

6/21/12--This account "Creditor Service of Morgan" was on my report from Equifax 6/21/12. Reporting as a Paid
6/21/12--I sent Equifax the Pre HIPAA Dispute letter listing "Creditor Service of Morgan" as one of the records I had no knowledge of.
7/19/12--Recieved report from Equifax, there was nothing listed about "Creditor Service of Morgan"
8/16/12--sent DV letter to "Creditor Service of Morgan' when green card came back sent letter to Equifax with copy of green card
8/30/12--Sent DV letter to Equifax along with copy of green card
9/7/12--Sent letter to Equifax along with a copy of my Pre HIPAA Dispute telling them they did not report back and ask for deletion
10/2/12--Recieved reinvestigation from Equifax stating this "We have reviewed your concerns and our conclusions are:
Te disputed credit service of morgan account *******, is not reporting on the Equifax credit file.
I have not ever recieved any thing from "Creditor Service of Morgan" and the only response from Equifax was 10/2/12 saying its not being reported.
I did opt out and the only address on my Equifax credit report is the one I have now.
So why is it still on my report if it is not reporting? and What do I do next?

.Send a new dispute to Equifax . Check your Eq report through the back door to make sure it had been re-inserted
7/19/12--Received report from Equifax, there was nothing listed about "Creditor Service of Morgan" do you have a hard copy??
10/2/12--Recieved reinvestigation from Equifax stating this "We have reviewed your concerns and our conclusions are:
Te disputed credit service of morgan account *******, is not reporting on the Equifax credit file. Did you keep a hard copy??
Send your new dispute to Equifax , properly typed CMRR,

The letter I recieved from Equifax states >>>WE have reviewed your concerns and our concllusions are:
The disputed account morgan account /********, a 1 collection /********* and collection /613 are currently Not reporting on the Equifax credit file.
When I pull up my Equifax credit file-- lol --yes they are all showing--????
also I have not ever recieved anything from these 3 CA's.
What do I do now?

Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor. If you can not get it resolved that way, file a complaint with the FTC and the CFPB and send them a copy of each with the cover letter.

Make sure you list in your complaints ALL your correspondence and the telephone call results .
