I received an e-mail on June 8th stating that my Department of Education student loan was being transferred to Aspire Resources, Inc. for servicing.

Good and all, but I've yet to receive the letter they said would be coming in the mail. So I went ahead and registered on the new website and found the following:

1) They messed up my address; as in they cutoff my apartment number which changed the ZIP+4. (Which may be why I didn't get the follow up letter)
2) The first bill was generated on the 18th with a due date on the 21st. This would be fine; but it doesn't mention my auto-debit.
3) The site says my auto-debit is in effect; but the payment is several dollars higher than I've been paying for the last several months. Note this amount is higher than the amount due.

This is the second time it changed. I originally had DL.ed.gov, then moved to MyEdAccount, now I'm with Aspire.

Anyone else had the pleasure of this transition? Any things get messed up in the process? According to the original e-mail it should be a smooth transition with no headaches since I have auto debit and it will be automatically carried over.
