So, the history with this account is I originally lost my cc and had to get a new one. On my credit repair journey, I had this company on my CR and I sent them a DV letter and next thing I know they are off my CR. But I kept this entry on there. Due to the age should I keep it? It does say that I had a high balance compared the my credit limit.

My question is what should I do with them?

since you are not looking at your real report it is hard to know 100% but that tradeline is probably helping more than hurting. unrated is a neutral rating and the limit/high balance on a closed account does not matter.
