What does 'Trivial' Mean on A Credit Check?

Hi, all!

I just applied for credit and the person on the phone with the bank said the results came back from the credit bureau as 'trivial'. Does anyone know what that means? A couple of weeks ago I was denied a CC because of not enough credit history but 'trivial' seems odd if that's the case.
