Welcome to CreditBoards and the Business Credit Forum! We hope that you find what you're looking for here.

Some helpful tips:

  • Your post may not get a reply right away. Don't be discouraged, this is a very busy board. If it falls off of the first page, feel free to reply to your post yourself, with the word "bump" in the text. This will *bump* your post back up to the top of the board.
  • If you haven't yet, take a peek at The CB's Newbie Section Everything that you need to know is in that forum, for the most part! It's a lot of reading, we know, but this credit stuff can have a steep learning curve. In no time, you'll be posting like the pros!
  • This is also a good place to start for Business Credit Newbies
  • If you find that someone is discourteous to you, use the REPORT button at the bottom of every post - that will ensure that a moderator or admin looks at the post and decides if it is against the CB's TOS
  • Off -topic posts should go in the fun place known as the CB General Forum

Finally, this thread will explain our position on Solicitations and Advertising

We do not allow solicitation or advertising on any forum on creditboards, including the business forum.

Again, welcome to the CreditBoards family!

Any loan or line of credit you are paying on that is pg'd will most likely report to personal at some time throughout the loan term. Find a non pg loan. The only one I know for sure is ford. And you have to find the right dealer.

Hey Stroked -

Does it matter what dealer I go to if I send my app in directly to Ford Motor Credit first (DL the app from their website & fax it in)? If so, why does finding the right dealer matter? Also, how do you determine what makes a "good" dealer for this purpose? Thank you!

I have leased 4 BMW's under corporate since 2006 (I have to PG) and NEVER showed up on my CR. I have had up to 2 at one time with BMWFS. I have also had 1 under personal only, and it reported as normal to my CR.

I think Mini goes through BMWFS, so you could get lucky with that.

I have also done Mercedes and Porsche, and Mercedes didn't show up the first account (opened around 2007) and did on a more recent one in 2012. Porsche showed up on personal also.

I had a friend who did several Honda's with PG under corp, and they all showed up as co-signer on his personal CR.

I have inside knowledge that anything financed through Wells Fargo auto will show up IF PG'd (they do have non-PG program also, based on your business EQ report).

I was refering to walking into a dealer and asking if they do non PG loans. Most I hear will say no and actually my local dealer said that. If you download the app and send it in as long as there is nothing that the dealer has to fill out then I would go that route. Thats what I meant.
