Getting into Digital Credit Union with low score

I have been working at rebuilding my credit. I have been able to get my score up to 585. I still have a few charge-offs and collection accounts showing. Most are from 2008. Once I poked LVNV my score dropped to 512. That is Equifax fico from myfico.com. Will DCU allow me in for membership? I don't want to waste an inquiry if not. I have a current auto loan and three current credit cards for what its worth. Thanks

Someone recently in another thread said that DCU said the minimum score they accept is 580. You might want to contact them yourself to verify that, though.

That is for their credit card. OP: What exactly are you looking for? Just membership with a savings and/or checking or are you looking to get a line of credit as well?

I spoke to someone last week and was told you need a 580 to be approved for membership.
