Anyone have any success with Sallie Mae deleting late payments?Im current now.Just wondering if I should call oe try a goodwill letter?Its only 3-4 month during a 5 year span.Anyone?

You can always try. With mine, they brought everything current once I qualified for income based repayment.

I have some Sallie Mae Lates from 2005 from when I was between refinancing companies consolidating my loans. I signed up with one company and they reversed my phone number and social on all the documents twice. After losing my patience I went with another company. I did refinance but not before the figure went to as far as a 150-day late. Since it will expire in 2015 or so on both TU & EXP on my reports, should I bother asking for a good will at all?

I already tried the GW route for DH. They even called him and wasn't able to do anything for him. :-( So gotta wait til 2015.
