posted in BK forum but its pretty silent over there ---

So I am about a year from having my BK accounts all drop, so I am not sure if I should wake the beast at this point, but I am trying to jump ahead if I can.

On my EQ report, many years ago I disputed some BK stuff and had a few of my accounts go from IIB to N/A status. If I look at my EQ report through EQ Complete, the accounts don't show on the "negative information", they just show as a closed revolving or installment account with a status of "N/A".

If I look at the details for one of the accounts (BofA CC) it shows a good payment history from when I got the card to 6 months after filing, but again status is just N/A. Should I worry about these accounts? Its BofA CC, Discover, PayPal Smart Connect, Dell CC, and Wells Fargo Auto.
(PayPal is actually showing good payment history for all of 2007-2009 when the card was BK'd in 2006).

I do have 4 accounts that do show IIB, but most of the data is gone - so I am not sure if there is anything there I can dispute to try and get them removed. When it looks like everything has already been blanked out other than open/close dates, is there any other way to get it off other than dispute as "not mine"? I thought I read somewhere that if you dispute a BK account, they may try to validate everything that was part of the BK and I would worry that some of those N/A accounts get marked BK again.

Again most of it should drop in June/July of 2013, so not sure if its worth messing with it now. Thoughts?? (correction - its 4 that are showing IIB, not 3)

I am looking at both online CCMP / C$ reports and a paper copy from EQ.

Here is samples of what both show (its similar for all the accounts that are registering Unknown on CCMP/C$/TC/etc)

EQ paper copy:

CCMP:

Most everything is blank so its not showing IIB, but it doesn't appear to be hurting me either... Only thing is on some of them in the comments it might say BK CH 7, so on a MR it would show up, but I doubt automated systems see it.

Should I worry about them?

What matters is the status code for the trade line. do a search for "r code" to see what I mean.

OK so I googled R Code and Equifax and found this:

http://creditengine....ifax_format.htm

It shows me a different layout of a credit report and I can see the R Code you are referring to. But, I dont see anything like that on the EQ report from EQ directly.

How do I get one with that level of detail? It looks like something a bank underwriter would see IMO.

the paper copy looks like the account is not negative.

I had some IIBs that became neutral for some reason. it just happens.

So it is possible for it to truly be "neutral" ? Only thing it would be helping I guess is AAoA...

I guess I will leave those be then... since they can only really help on the AAoA side.

Thanks hege!
