My son is 19 years old and still on my insurance however, he has four collection on his report. Two are co-payments and two are emergency visits which insurance didn't pay. One of the emergency room visits I don't even know about.

How do I go about removing these from his report?

You may want to go the HIPAA route courtesy of WhyChat:

What were the dates of service??
Were the co-payments made?? Why weren't the ER visits paid??

Get a copy of the EOMBs from your insurance.

Check YOUR reports to see if they are also on them.

No the co-payments were not paid. As for the emergency visits I'm not sure why they were not paid. I will call my insurance company tomorrow and find out what need to be done regarding why it wasn't paid at all.

What is EOMB?
