Any direction on this would be much appreciated .

My medical debt incurred from a surgery where there was a dispute with my Insurance company and the doctor. Insurance company ended up claiming that I was not to pay the doctor, doctor claimed otherwise. It's been a big mess.

It's over a small amount, $250. When I called the doctor's office about this to resolve it outside of the debt collectors, they said they cannot instruct QCS and they don't even have all the records on my account.

The account is owned by QCS, who I tried doing a Pay for Delete, but no luck. They don't do that either.

I performed a validation to which they supplied only a line item from their system, and then a line item from the doctor. No contract, no other agreement whatsoever.

02/2012 is the 4 year SOL on the account. I just want it removed, whether its paid to be removed or not so its one less thing standing in the way of getting a new car loan.

If you have moved since the date of service, try to get your old addresses deleted, ( Notify any GOOD OLD CLOSED tradelines of your current address FIRST)
