Maybe I just joined the board long after its crazy hey day (I think CHUB was long gone after I joined), but I have no idea who this chick is.

Though strangely enough, her face looks familiar, and I could've sworn I saw her pic in that long picture thread that's pinned to the top.

But then again, it probably is might just be my imagination.

I shall speak no evil against my overzealous friend (especially since she is a FB "friend" - although I do not post her status updates in my timeline....it got to be overbearing)

However, I will say her eyebrows have always driven me up a wall. (however, in the posted video, they do look a little more grown out)

Why is she saying that her and her husband wouldn't be able to afford a decent outfit for the show? Didn't they pay cash for the Lotus? They didn't hold back enough for talk show circuit outfits?

She does many things to help Wounded Warriors, among writing and fighting the VA (since, hey, we all know that the government is so efficent).

If my children were wounded in battle, and had PTSD, I'd want her on my side. You can't judge someone from a video.

I've walked in the Susan G. Komen race for the cure thingy... does that mean I can fairly claim that I "battle cancer" and am intricately involved in finding a cure?

While her husband may have my deepest sympathies and heart-felt gratitude, it doesn't mean I have to cut her any slack for her own actions.

I don't give a whit about Dr. Phil. It's not about that. You should know me to usually, be more fair and open minded about people and their motivations. In this case, I am being a tad bit judgmental, even if that goes against my core principals.. because ultimately it's the truth. Trick has got some issues that I suspect were there long before what happened to her DH ever happened.

That doesn't make her not crazy. I've had an opportunity to experience The Crazy first hand. It's a shame, because it makes her entire schtick get a side-eye from me. She could be doing a LOT MORE good if she weren't nutballs (allegedly).
