ok here we go...
i called in because i wasn't able to view my think big checking account. i was only able to see my share account. well i'm pretty sure it was there the whole time, but was having trouble viewing on the ipad using the drop down menu or something. anyway, i spoke with STACEY and she was extremely nice and gave me lots of good info. some of the info wasn't relevant to me (like my car is paid off) but after i kept asking questions she was asking if i had family who might join and i was honest with her and told her i was posting to a credit board and she probably noticed a huge influx of people. she was very receptive and said to ask for her specifically when you call and she will help you out. they were happy to have all the new people, so here is the info she gave me. i didn't give her THIS board specifically, just that i was posting on a credit board and that people with great credit were happy about the think big checking and no hard pull for membership and that people with poor credit were excited for rebuilder credit cards.
so this is the info she gave me:
--once you join any family member is eligible without paying new dues.
--auto rates are at 3.24%, but at 2.99% for 5 or 6 year terms for any new or used card from 2005 on up.
--mobile banking coming up for iphone and andoid first week of may, text banking, check deposit app. all those things are in the works and being tested right now by the employees. she said she was using mobile banking all weekend and it was great.
--home rates are good, but i wont post them because they dont seem any better than national averages really.
--for credit products or loan they will be pulling Equifax

Chex is the reason and an email was sent with the adverse action notice... Oh well, guess our 2 local CU's and BOFA will have to do for now.
