Can I be added to my girlfriends AMEX personal platinum card as an authorized user if I owe Amex $30k on an Amex platinum business? This happened 5 years ago and Amex stopped trying to collect over 3 years ago and nothing has shown on my credit (and my states SOL law has past). Thoughts?

Thanks but could that restart collection activity? Again, it's after the SOL.

Isn't there already a long thread discussing this same issue? Everyone--including a board admin--told you to let it go, that you will wake the sleeping giant AND open your girlfriend up to FR.

Since you don't care for the responses you received in your other thread, here is a new response for you which I'm pretty sure is the one you want to hear whether correct or not.
Yes, you can be added. Don't worry about the 30k you owe Amex. I'm sure they have forgiven you for it and are looking to welcome you back with open arms. Go for it.
And please don't start multiple threads asking the same question over and over.
