What type of Form(s) do I need?

After Helping our relative out with Medical stuff, we got to thinking. We don't know what form(s) we need.

 

He is what we want to do. We would like each other to handle the other's finances & medical bill, and medical service at anytime. We would also like to continue this responsibly even if one becomes physically or mentally disabled. However, we still want to be able to control are own finances & medical bill, and medical service at anytime.

 

Basically, do the stuff for the other person when they don't have the time to deal with it.

You want a Durable Power of Attorney form. Here's one, just take the stuff out about effective upon disability and change to effective upon notarization.

What the difference between real & personal property?

 

 

I am working on taking out the real estate part. I personally don't own a house.
