Thanks for all of the advice and the hand holding we finally closed and have been in our spot for about 2 weeks now. We had some tech difficulties with getting our internet hooked up!! Im so happy to have my very own home!!!

Congrats! Don't feel to bad, I'm going round and round with Times Warner with our services as well. This whole monopoly thing sucks.

congrats..do yourself a favor..spend all you want now and fix it up, get a new furnace, windows or whatever, (if it needs it of course). i found that 'waiting' for the right time doesnt work and you will save money in the long run on insulation or other new things

Thanks...luckily its new construction and still under warranty for now....I just finished a list of things I need them to update but I do need to get my baby boop a bedroom set so she can get out of my room.
