I don't see any scars in that photo. The hairline threw me for a loop, when I first saw the photo. She is freaky.

Her eyes bug me more than anything else about her looks.

 

As for her hair, if she has multiple whorls, it can cause the part to be off center. DD has two whorls, and styling her hair is a pain.
