I have an online account that I have an auto payment for. Last week, I was unable to sign on, it said my bill was past due and to call. I did. I was not allowed to pay the bill as I did not give the correct last 4 digits of my original payment method. I gave every damn cc I have ever had! I have since pulled the cc that it was billed on and was still told it was incorrect. All I wanted was to pay and to find out the error reason. I PFB and got some BS about downloading new software?????????? No help for the bill. Then I get a letter (the first!) stating I was informed of this bill and haven't paid!!!!!!!! I spent 2 hours last night on the phone again, no answer just on hold. They threatened to put this on my credit report but wont let me pay. I am ready this month to buy a house. What more can I do??? They wont answer, wont let me pay and claim I am overdue when none of my charge cards are anywhere close to the limit??????? Help!!!!!!!

OOps. I switch between the 2 boards, thought it was on the credit one! Thanks for pointing that out.
