Not a fan of chocolate? I soooooooooo wish I wasn't a fan of chocolate.Has anyone in here tried the Special K protein shakes? If not, they are pretty good and have a lot of nutrients in them. I drink one per day to supplement my diet. Theres chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors. I haven't tried the chocolate because I am not a fan of chocolate, but the other two taste good.
It's my downfall....

Since I started running in 2010, my goal was to run a sub 30-minute 5K.
I ran my first 5K in June, 2010. Total time was 34:33 (a respectable 11:07 pace).
I just ran a 5K on Saturday. Total time was 29:10 (9:24 pace)
If I keep this up I may actually be able to place in one of these damn races by 2015.

I have a lot I would like to accomplish this year.
1. Cleaning up my credit and lowering debt ratio
2. Starting school (Feb.2012)
3. Being more active and losing atleast 50lbs by the end of the year.
4. I would like to run (without feeling like my lungs are going to collapse)
5. Really look into homebuying once credit is clean
Every thing on my list will happen over time, but I just have to remember that anything worth having is worth waiting for and working towards.

Anyone know of an accurate Pedometer?
I bought a GPS watch for $60 from ebay. I've used it in races and it's accurate to within maybe 2% of actual mileage.

Do any of you use the minimalist shoes? I'm looking for a shoe I can use for Crossfit and for walking around England in. I really only want to bring maybe 1 or 2 pair of shoes with me there.
Anyone?
