Rehab student loans in default and credit reporting

If I rehab my student loans in default, will they show up again on my credit reports? They already fell off after the 7 year mark.

Mine also were past the seven year mark and, no, they didn't reappear. Once rehab was complete, I got a new TL dating back to when I took out the loan. It's a very good thing.
