I have been attempting to apply for Dell Financial Services Business Account only to receive this error:

ERROR
We're sorry but we are unable to process your application at this time. Please feel free to re-submit your application at a later time, contact one of our sales representatives or choose a different payment method.

I have called them to no avail.

Ideas, suggestions ?

Dell like's to see a healthy business credit file with high trades ($5k-$20k) reporting. They also like to see 3 to 5 year old corps. Dell used to be easy to get years ago but now a days they want to see strong companies.

Been looking for a computer for a few weeks and i have purchased from dell in the past using their in-house financing both for leases and revolving; I had a lease line available of 75k, just purchased 5 desktops with (2) 23" flatscreens for each setup I elected to use the quicklease the agent sent me documents moments later no PG and order is processed.

Dell history - we used to have a 15k revolving line then it went to 5k then and now $0 the only thing that shows up is the 75k lease line.

APPLIED at Var Resources through Tiger Direct and the finance agent to me I was approved it was simple with just phone number and address she checked my dnb right then and said I had a strong file I dont know what it looks like for sure but I know we couldnt get any credit a year ago, No pg either with VAR.

Umm, I'm a little confused here. Help me out please. You say you had a lease with Dell for $75k and a revolving account for $15k? They decreased the revolving account credit line to 0? And they are reporting the $75k to your business credit file? Did Dell close out your account?
