Do you just click on one of the options and then put your info in?
I tried this on TransUnion and it ended up saying "Website Temporarily Unavailable"
..............am I doing it right?

I checked the CRA's through the back door and the reports are showing as following....
TransUnion
-All 3 Negative collections DELETED
Experian
-All 3 negative collections are still on the account;
-2 say NO STATUS
-1 says "this item is currently being investigated"
Equifax
-All 3 negative collections are still on and status is " currently being investigated"
Should I still wait for some sort of confirmation from Experian and Equifax or continue with the next stage?
Thanks.

You can not go to the "next stage" until you have completed the CURRENT stage.Nevermind I figured it out.

means what it says.currently being investigated
Once you have a response from Eq and Ex you can come back here and post the results to get advice about any "next step"

Forgot to ask but do I write these letters on the legal yellow paper in the teal ink like I did on the initial dispute letters?

NO!! All correspondence after the initial dispute letter must be properly typed and "court room ready"

It has been a month.
I signed up for the free report so I know I still have about another 2 weeks to wait for their response.
1. I have to wait until I have responses from all 3 CRA's before I can write to the CA correct?
2. If Equifax does not respond to me within the 45 day period what should I do?
Thanks.

Important question.....
On my credit reports it states that the Collection Agency is (say CA 123)
BUT.....
I have a piece of paper from CA 123 stating that they sold the debt to a collection agency called Astra Business Services (know anything about them??) and that the Collection Agency, CA 123, is actually the Current Creditor.
So, what is going on here?
It seems my OC sold the debt to my current creditor (CA 123) and then they sold the debt to this Astra Business Services, which now I guess the new CA..
Who do I send my letter to?
--------the CA 123 which is on my credit reports, BUT is stating that they are the New Creditor.
--------Astra, which claim to be the current CA
-------- OR to both??
Please help me verify.
Thank you Whychat!

Send the medical DV to the CA that is reporting on your credit reports. Your reports should have an address for them, use that address.

I received my letters back from the CA but they are claiming they are not the CA (as you can read my concern of that in my last post)
The letter states.....
"We do not engage in any direct collection activity. Accounts are placed for collection with third party law firms and collection agencies".
So I guess they are not the collection agency BUT they provided me with my Explanation of Benefits from my hospital visits explaining the bills. Is this considered my "receipt" that I send back to the CRA??
My question now is....
1) Do I send a copy of the Explanation of Benefits back to the CRA? Hence...
Then as soon as you have proof of their receipt, send the CRAs this http://www.whychat.5...aa.html#DISPUTE
OR
2) Do I send the same letter to the CA that the company I received my Explanation of Benefits from is claiming, in order to receive my receipt to send back to the CRA?

No.
That is the question I am asking you.
Do I send my Explanation of Benefits to the CRA's as proof of their receipt?
The ONLY reason I am asking is because the CA that is on my credit reports is actually now the creditor, and NOT the CA. They received the debt from the OC and this company has a CA that collects the debt.
So do I have to send the letters again to the ACTUAL CA??? OR.... are the Explanation of Benefits my "proof of receipt" that I can now send back to the CRA's?
Thanks.
