Sorry if this been covered before, but had luck in search. Got my password and info yesterday to set-up MPM/EIDT. Got everything done and after pulling my report for past two days nothing is showing up on my EQ everything is blank for any info. Also not showing up on my EQ softs.

Does take few day for EQ to start reporting? I'm at a lost here if it's not going to work sure cancel it by end of week.

Thanks

It should show EQ fine unless you have a freeze in place. I do have that issue from time to time. This past week, EX was blank when I refreshed the report. Hopefully it will be ok tomorrow. Remember, it's a 24+1 puller...have to wait 24 hours + 1 minute minimum before you can pull the next time.

No freeze in place and been waiting the 24 plus 1 was about hour over yesterday so time been fine. EX and TU show up fine so hopefully just a glitch and show up today.

Is there a order that I need pull them in currently use USAA/CCM, Navy/EC, MPM/EIDT.

Thanks for the help.

I had the issue when I first started with them. The first time I think it was because everything wasn't set up when I logged in. The second time I knew I was a few minutes early and that was before I realized the 24 hour timer. Ever since its worked fine.

Sure hate to here that.

After hours of looking over old threads found couple that said to pull MPM first, USAA second and then EC third. So i'm going to hold pulling MPM for today and start fresh in the morning. Let you know the results in morning.

Thanks again.

I pull them however it suits me that particular day, and never tied the order to any issues with MPM's accessing a CRA. But it could be a YMMV thing, so I'm not gonna discount the possibility! :D

mine has been going well except the one day I miscalculated my time (doh!) .. so I let it go for that day started the next.. I have my schedule set to pull it 24 hours + 2 min (so I don't mess up again lol) and it has been working beautifully!

Sorry for not updating. I wasn't pay attention and sent my e-mail from them containing my ID# to my trash folder on the 29th June and then deleted it. So haven't been able to pull and see if EQ reports. Now i'm stuck waiting for them to return Tuesday. :sorry:

Ok the latest. I got my ID# and have done two pulls and still get a blank EQ report on MPM, so right after I pull today and see it blank again call MPM and ask what going on and why does EQ show up blank and the others report. She pulls up my file and comes back to tell me EQ has Block MPM from accessing my file. She goes on to ask me if put fraud alert, freeze or if done any disputes within past 30 days which I reply NO...

She then tells me there nothing they can do and that need to call EQ to get them unlock my file for them.

Looks like B* might have back fired. I know for sure i'm on the chopping block for GOOD now.

So anyone else had this happen????

Are you using EQ Complete as well? It sounds like EQ has implemented the infamous "lock" feature they offer through their credit monitoring service. It's very doubtful this has anything to do with you pulling daily for B* purposes. There are several older threads about the lock/unlock feature and the nightmare it can become. Not sure that's it, but it WOULD probably do that if implemented.
