CCC advice wanted

We just need temporary help. Like 3 years. Are income is really low. I am on dial-up. I will try a different approach to my questions.

Not worried about my debt. It is low enough to handle.

I just want a CCC that would work with us to help lower her minimum payment or freeze her accounts for 3 years or until will start getting that new benefit.

All funds we have are protected by Federal Law from garnishment.

We live in Indiana.

I am also worried if she stops paying the cards, she could go to jail or get arrested. Yes, I know it is against the Indiana Constitution Article one, Section 22. People are still being arrested for this. Just search google. I am not talking about Child support it is medical, loans & other credit card debts.

I would suggest reading CCC advice in the "Debt Consolidation, Counseling and Management" section of this board. Plenty of guidance on this topic found there.

I posted because I wanted a good recommendation & something to help temporally till we receive the extra funds. I already read that. I want something in Indiana.
