If you want to speak directly with the Amex group that reports to the 3 bureaus, the number is 1-800-874-2717. You will need to have the account number that shows on your reports--it is different from your actual Amex account number for security reasons. They are available Monday thru Friday 9:00-5:30 p.m. (I think that's Eastern Time.)
I called them about one card that wasn't showing up on Equifax and they were able to look up that they indeed had been reporting to Equifax, gave me the latest report date and the date when the next report was going to made.
