You cannot check your TU report while a dispute investigation is ongoing.
Other notes
TU reinsertion and C* seems to happen once a year around April. EQ reinsertion does not happen but EQ C* usually happens monthly. Any of this can change. It is all current today. Avoid CCT, they have ripped off many here by charging more than they promised, you've been warned.

Sorry it appears they have killed the links for Key Bank and BBT. It worked two days ago.The link for MPM doesn't work.
No choice but to go through EIDT again.

A few months back I signed up for EC on a trail offer. I used it one day and canceled it because it was overwhelming amount information for me at the time. Got a discounted offer in my email for EC and signed back up. There was a chop, slash, and a hack! 
I can safely say that one day was more than enough to get me on the C* list.

How do I work MPM? The links by the OP don't work and on the main page it asks for either a login or a promo code for new guests. There is no apparent way to just sign up.
It also seems to indicate that credit info is provided by TU at the bottom of the main page.

I've been using SC for abt 2wks ,one will bump then it took 4days for the next one to bump , now its been 5 days and nothing .Is TU normally this slow? EQ bumped like clock work. Just wondering

When did USAA stop b* TU? I guess I haven't been diligent enough reading the applicable threads...I've been pulling daily, consistently, and it wasn't until last week or so I BD EQ and noticed the b*, no such luck on TU...I'm afraid to get another puller and get on the c* list...

After speaking with SmartCredit yesterday, I have some bad news.
The rep told me that as of Oct 26, they are only allowing 4 pulls per "extended" 30-day promo period. It was on that same day that I had called to "cancel" and been offered to extend my promo to 30 days. As she extended me I asked for "additional pulls" (LOL) and the very nice rep told me that the most she could give me was 16 at a time, but call or email when I need more. I did and I was given the bad news for all of us, and by the same rep who I'd spoken to in Oct.

So, first of all, thanks to everyone here for all of the great information. I'm finding that in my quest to eliminate inquiries, an interesting thing is happening that goes against what's been posted here. That being that usaa and cct are not over-writing each other for purposes of eq b*. Let me explain. I have 4 daily pullers, MPM, USAA, CCT, and EC. I was going to cancel CCT, but I still had a partial month left so I kept it. All 4 were in place and ready to go by my c* date (12/16). So starting 12/17 I had 4 leftover softs (according to eq soft counter) and 14 hards, and I began pulling all 4 daily. Only 3 per day were showing up on my EC soft count, so I thought I was on track to start b* hards on 1/9/11. I did, however, start much sooner. For about 4 days now I've been b*. It started with 64 softs. Now I'm not complaining, but I kind of wanted to know whats going on, so I've been watching for exactly where the b* occurs. Every day I pull MPM first, then USAA, CCT, and EC last because it has a list of softs. For two days in a row now I've dropped a hard inquiry with my USAA pull, and then dropped another with my CCT pull. So my conclusion is that, while they seem to over-write each other on the soft count, I think they are maybe still there separately somehow. Or maybe I just got lucky. Anyways, I'll be inquiry free in a couple of days well ahead of schedule, with plenty of time to spare before c*. I maybe feel an app. or 2 coming on.
