This is a scam...
I received a $2100 "card for use in credit counciling". The card has their logo printed on it with a "credit card" style template. You can get these kind of cards from office stores and use them for card keys and such. I have reported them to my state AG as well as FBI internet crimes divisions.
Just so you know, I was approved for a "$2100 Mastercard"...when I called on several occasions they told me that this was real and it really was a credit card that can be used for purchases but not cash advances or balance tranfers. Now that I have the crap they sent me, no one's answering the phones OR returning my emails.
