Where can I find the latest version of FCRA, FDCPA and FCBA laws?

The ones listed here are from 2004 unless these are the latest.

Thanks!

Thank you Jen. for the wonderful resource.

Sticked up top, link added to the newbies section.

I'm definitely going to work off of this list. This is my first day here and hope to make it a success!

Thanks so much for this information... I am creating a notebook as suggested. All the calls I get are for Zombie Debts or stuff out of SOL while I was awaiting my SSDI approval. I did receive my SSDI award back in December 2006, and I am trying to rebuild my FICO score.

WOW!!! This is all I can say, WOW.

Lots of great info but honestly, Credit Repair just got 10 times more complicated for me. I'm not sure if I'm going to have the patience or the organization to pull this off.

sure you will. bite off small pieces, and just tackle even one account at a time.

or, at a minimum, work on utilization and not adding to your problems (staying current, etc).

Obviously, the credit repair process can be a long and tedious one.  There is a lot of great information here.
