I won't say too much, but I was at a chain donut place and when the CC receipt paper came out($4.30 purchase) I heard the cashier mumble "Wasting my receipt paper..." I double checked the amount on the receipt and left. I presume she said that because of the low-ish purchase amount.

Worst I've had before this was a local grocery store owner on a $6 CC purchase. The second I finished signing I hear "I'll take my pen back now."

THE RECEIPT PAPER BOX ACTUALLY SAYS $0.00 (that is shipped to the store from the warehouse)

With many MMs in transactions/day, the processor for your company probably gives away the paper B) .

“I bought a doughnut and they gave me a receipt for the doughtnut... I don't need a receipt for the doughnut. I give you money and you give me the doughnut, end of transaction. We don't need to bring ink and paper into this. I can't imagine a scenario that I would have to prove that I bought a doughnut. To some skeptical friend, 'Don't even act like I didn't get that doughnut, I've got the documentation right here... It's in my file at home. ...Under "D".'â€

THEN DON'T TAKE THE RECEIPT

Put it in the trash can

It has been printed...you can't un print it

This is not a printer that has a DON'T PRINT RECEIPT KEY

:cry2:

This would have rubbed me the wrong way. I would have asked "what did you say" then asked for her manager to complain about their terrible service.

I have used a credit card at the store on a 12 cent transaction before.

I would have asked if there was one there. This was a small mall location very close to closing. Maybe I will spend 90 cents next time and hope it happens again ;).

My lowest is 95 cents.
